WHAT ARE SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS?

  • In-store collection available within 1 to 7 business days
  • Next-day and Express delivery options also available
  • Purchases are delivered in an orange box tied with a Bolduc ribbon, with the exception of certain items

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

If your order shows that it was delivered, but you did not receive it. Please double-check with your neighbors, your mailbox, with any reception/front desk, and your local ACS office.

If you have looked in all of these places, and still have not received the parcel, please submit a ticket through our Customer Portal or emailing our team directly at info.fitinfiniti@gmail.com so we can assist you – please include your order number!
